PURCHASE OVER 30 DAY

  • Any order delivery over the time period of 30 days is not eligible for our return and exchange options.

USED

  • Please note that any worn, washed, dirty, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

CLOSEOUT

  • There’s no option for the closeout items for return, credit, or exchange. All such items are clearly marked on the details page.
  • Note: If you receive an order that is defective, damaged, dirty, or incorrect can be returned.

Alterations & Returns For Custom Orders

It’s our job to give you your ready to wear, perfect leather jacket in the shortest period of time. It’s a rare case that our custom leather jacket doesn’t fit our customers, but if such a situation occurs, we responsibly do the first alteration free of cost.
All custom orders require a lot of time and effort to provide you the quality product. The need of return can occur due to the following reasons:

QUALITY & DESIGN

  • t’s a part of our process that every time we complete our order, we share pictures of it you before dispatching it. This way you can see the final look of your leather jacket including stitching, quality and all the details. Therefore, this reason is eliminated.

SIZING

  • At the time of placing your custom order, our customer support agent asks for your body measurements. Please refer to our sizing guide page to take your accurate body measurements. There’s a chance of sizing errors when you take your measurements. If your custom jacket still doesn’t fit you perfectly, we perform free of cost alteration for your convenience. However, please note that you would be required to pay for the shipping fees in this case.

REFUND

  • All Custom order sales are final. While we pay utmost attention to specifications and order details, we'll work with you on case to case basis to find an acceptable outcome. Please contact us if you are not happy with your custom order and need our assistance.

Terms & Conditions

  • You cannot return an item without Return Authorization (RA). Please click here to request your return authorization.
  • In order to receive free shipping, your merchandise price must be over $399. In case if you return an item that lowers your order total to below the free shipping level, your refund will be charged with the shipping amount which you received as a credit to your original order.
  • It takes up to 5 to 8 business days to inspect the returned items we receive. Please allow us 5 to 10 business days to send you the refund amount.

Return & Exchange for International Orders

  • To return an item at leatherscin.com, Return Authorization (RA) is mandatory.
  • All returns will be absolutely free in case if you received an incorrect item.
  • If you’re not satisfied with the item you have received, you have the option to return it within 21 days from the receipt of the original order.
  • If you want to exchange your item, please request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and you can order a new item and return the one you purchased. Once we receive a returned item from you, we will proceed towards processing refunds to the payment method that was used to place the order.
