We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases, which is why we offer a 30 -day return or exchange policy on almost everything. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, you can return or exchange it for a full refund or exchange.

Return or Exchange Process

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange request, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting our customer service team at [email protected].

For Return Orders - You can then proceed to order a new item while returning the original one. We will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will initiate the refund process to the payment method used to place the order.

If you are dissatisfied with the item you received, you have the option to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the original order. To return an item purchased from leatherscin.com, it is mandatory to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).

For Exchange Orders - Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange order within 15 business days or issue a refund within 7 -10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment and may take 10 to 45 days to process and show up in your bank statement depending on your payment method.

Reasons for Return or Exchange

You can return or exchange your purchase for the following reasons:

  • Wrong product received by the customer
  • Product has defects
  • Product is damaged during shipping
  • Product is tampered

Note – Please note that personalized or customized products cannot be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.

Return Shipping Charges

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt until your return is processed.

If you have received an incorrect item, all returns will be free of charge.

In order to qualify for free shipping, your merchandise must be priced at $399 or above. If you return an item that lowers your order total to below the free shipping threshold, your refund will be charged the shipping amount that was originally credited to your order.

Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee that our jackets are crafted with exceptional attention to detail and quality. If you experience any issues with the workmanship of your jacket within 1 month of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Leather Quality Guarantee

We use only premium quality leather in our jackets, and we guarantee its durability for years to come if used carefully. If your leather jacket shows any signs of wear or damage within 1 month of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Performance Guarantee

Our leather jackets are designed to perform in a variety of weather conditions and environments. If your jacket fails to perform as expected within 1 month of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Exclusions

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or improper care. We also do not cover damage caused by alterations or modifications made to the jacket by anyone other than Leather SCIN.

Our warranty does not cover external damage caused by mishandling or exposure to heat or humidity beyond the product specification. Misuse against the mentioned descriptions is also excluded from our warranty coverage.

To report a defect in your product or receive assistance with a wrong order, please contact at [email protected]. We will not provide any warranty coverage unless the proper procedure is followed.

At Leather SCIN, we offer the option to customize your leather jacket to your liking. However, please note that custom jackets cannot be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Custom jackets take longer to produce than our standard jackets, as they are made to order. Production time can vary depending on the complexity of the customization options chosen, but typically takes 4-6 weeks.

We are committed to delivering your perfect jacket on the first go, but we understand that custom orders can be tricky. In the event that your custom order does not fit you well, we offer the first alteration free of cost.

Design & Quality

Before dispatching your custom order, we share pictures of your actual product with you. You can review the design, material, and stitching before we dispatch it. This allows you to ensure that everything is up to your expectations.

Sizing

When you place your custom order, our customer service agent will ask for your body measurements. Please refer to our sizing guide to take your body measurements correctly. Although we make every effort to ensure that the jacket fits you perfectly, there may be a chance of sizing error. If the jacket does not fit you perfectly, we offer the first alteration free of cost. However, you would have to pay for shipping the jacket back to us.

Return, Refunds or Exchanges on Custom Orders

We do not accept returns for refunds on custom orders. Please understand that your custom order is specially made for you. All details, including style, material, and accessories, are as per your choice, and we are not likely to sell it to anyone else.
